We are delighted that you have decided to get involved in our UCLG Capacity and Institution Building (CIB) Working Group. The CIB Working Group builds on a long tradition of exchanges among directors of local government associations (LGAs) involved in development cooperation. Our annual meeting is a gathering in which we inform each other about developments in our international involvement, and is a place for getting new insights and ideas towards the future for strengthening local governments worldwide.
